Table Massage, In Office
Rates start at $100 plus tax for the first 45 minutes, and $20 plus tax for every 15 minutes of additional time. Any amount of time (45 minutes minimum) may be booked.
Here are some examples:
45 minutes: $100 + $6.00 sales tax = $106.00
This option is typically for only limited work on an isolated issue or area. Some examples of what we MAY be able to address in a 45 minute massage are:
- Upper back
- Lower back
- Hands and feet
- Neck, face, and scalp
- Legs only
- Arms only
60 minutes: $120 + $7.20 tax = $127.20
This allows for EITHER targeted work in one medium or small area OR some general relaxation work in one larger or a couple of smaller areas, leaving other areas out. Some examples of what we MAY be able to address in 60 minutes:
- The back alone (without neck or hips)
- Upper back and neck
- Lower back and hips
- Neck and shoulders, scalp and face
- Hips, glutes, and upper legs
- Legs and feet (without hips)
- Shoulders and arms (without neck)
90 minutes: $160 + $9.60 tax = $169.60
This can allow for targeted work in a few areas, OR general relaxation work at many areas, leaving other areas out. Some examples of areas that 90 minutes of targeted work MAY allow for:
- Back including neck and shoulders
- Back including hips and glutes
- Hips, legs, and feet
- Back, neck, and arms
Some examples of areas that 90 minutes of general relaxation work MAY allow for:
- Whole back side of body, plus some on front side
- Whole front side of body, plus some on back side
2 hours: $200 + $12.00 tax = $212.00
This could be EITHER a general relaxation massage with no areas of focus or very deep pressure, OR it could be targeted work of several areas leaving other areas out.
2.5 hours: $240 + $14.40 tax = $254.40
This could be either a general relaxation massage with deeper pressure in many areas but WITHOUT areas of extra focus, or a general relaxation massage of medium to firm pressure only with one larger or 2 smaller extra focus areas.
3 hours: $280 + $16.80 tax = $296.80
4 hours: $360 + $21.60 tax = $381.60
5 hours: $440 + $26.40 tax = $466.40
These extended durations allow for the most flexibility and the best of all worlds: the full general relaxation massage of very thorough work in all areas, PLUS also allowing for deeper pressure or some slower, customized, more experimental work—all without needing to leave anything out.
The longer the duration, the more areas we are able to target more specifically with extra pressure or more highly customized work.
Chair Massage, In Office
Chair massage is performed fully clothed, without oil or lotion, on a specialized upright chair with a face cradle that you lean forward into and are supported by.
Chair massage can offer a brief once-over in any (though not necessarily all) of these areas: neck, shoulders, back, arms, and also limited parts of hips/glutes. But legs, feet, and face are generally not accessible during chair massage.
20 minutes: $60 + $3.60 sales tax = $63.60
30 minutes: $75 + $4.50 sales tax = $79.50
40 minutes: $90 + $5.40 sales tax = $95.40
50 minutes: $105 + $6.30 sales tax = $111.30
60 minutes: $120 + $7.20 sales tax = $127.20
