Scheduling and Availability
Morning and afternoon, as well as a limited number of late afternoon and weekend appointments are available. There are no evening or same day appointments at this facility. Hours and days of availability vary by week, depending on what's already booked. The earliest morning appointments start at 9:00 am.
Duration of Visit, Start to Finish
As a health care provider, I am less concerned about rapid client turnover then I am about taking the time to create a plan of care to address client goals at every visit. Additionally, I do not rush my clients through changing, payment, rescheduling, or any bathroom, snack, or water breaks. None of the time spent on any of these procedures ever cuts into the actual hands-on massage time booked for the massage table.

Therefore, the the total length of your visit to this office will be AT LEAST 30 minutes beyond the amount of hands-on time you have booked. Please allow for this extra time in your schedule at every visit.
Cancellation Policy
I am easily able to rebook cancellations that I receive with at least 24 hours notice, but it is much more difficult, and often impossible, to fill cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Therefore, 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the vacated appointment to the next person on the waiting list. If you do not give 24 hours advance notice for a cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Exceptions for illness or emergency will be considered on a case by case basis.
No-shows
Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a no-show. You will be charged for the missed appointment, and will be required to prepay all future appointments.

If by 10 minutes late you have still not checked in by phone or text to let me know that you are on your way, it will be considered a no-show, and your appointment will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
